All orders are shipped within the US through the USPS. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for made to order sets to be processed (created). Processing time does not include shipping. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Make certain that that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. The Powder Room is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided. If a package has a status of “Delivered” but you did not receive it, check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office for assistance.
