Parents/Guardians must complete the New Client Information Form & the Minor Consent Form
Service Description
If this is your teen's first facial at The Powder Room, you must complete the New Client Information Form and Minor Consent Form located on the Skin Care page. For ages 13 - 17. This service includes cleansing, gentle exfoliation, steam, light extractions (as needed), mini facial massage, treatment mask, moisturizer, and SPF. Also includes consultation with skincare education to empower young clients with the knowledge they need to care for their skin at home.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by texting/calling 404-974-6964. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are subject to a $25 fee. Fees must be paid before future bookings. Thank you for understanding.
