What’s Included in Your Order

Each order comes with:

• Press-on nails (10 nails per set)

• Prep Kit (cuticle pusher, nail file, buffer, alcohol pad, brush-on glue, and adhesive tabs)

• Instructions for applying and removing

Because each set is crafted individually by hand, your set may not look exactly like the picture in the shop. There may be slight variations in painted art work and gem placement.

Shipping

The Powder Room currently ships in the U.S. only via the Postal Service. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Please allow 10 - 14 days for your order to be made and shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

Lost Package

Please make certain that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. The Powder Room does not replace or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. If a package has a status of “Delivered” but you did not receive it, check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Each order is checked multiple times before it ships. If you receive a defective order, email thepowderroombeauty@gmail.com your order # and a clear photo of the set within 48 hours of receiving your package.
