Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Overview

The Powder Room offers monthly membership programs designed to provide members with exclusive access to discounted services, member-only benefits, and membership perks. Each membership grants the member at least one service monthly, depending on the membership selected.

By enrolling in The Powder Room Membership Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the Membership Terms & Conditions.

 

​Membership Terms & Conditions

 

Monthly Membership Fee

  • A valid credit card is required to be on file for enrollment in The Powder Room Membership Program.

  • Members agree to a recurring monthly draft to participate in the Program.

  • Membership fees are billed automatically each month to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Billing starts on the day of enrollment.

  • It is each Member’s responsibility to keep The Powder Room informed of accurate billing information.

Membership Cancellation

  • Membership fees are billed monthly and will continue until the member provides notice of cancellation to The Powder Room staff.

  • Membership cancellations must be made at least seven calendar days before the next billing date and must be in person or submitted in writing via email to thepowderroombeauty@gmail.com. Cancellations cannot be made through a phone call or text message.

  • If a membership payment has already been processed before the cancellation notice is received, no refunds or partial credits will be provided.

Membership Services

  • Membership services are exclusively for the enrolled member and are non-transferable. Members may not transfer, share, or gift their monthly service to another person.

  • Monthly services included in the membership must be used within the calendar month. Services that are not used by the end of the respective month will not roll over to the following month. If a member is unable to utilize their service during a given month, it will expire at the end of that month, and no credit or refund will be issued.

  • Membership services apply only to the services listed within each membership. Service upgrades are not available.

  • Gel polish removal included with the Nailed It Membership applies to hands only and covers gel polish previously applied at The Powder Room. Removal of outside work will require an additional charge.

Late Arrival, Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based on the nail technician or esthetician’s schedule.

  • Member appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by texting or calling (404) 974-6964. Members can also cancel a scheduled appointment via their “My Bookings” page when they log into The Powder Room’s website.

  • Canceled membership appointments must be rescheduled for the same calendar month, otherwise the membership benefit will be considered redeemed. Canceled appointments that are not rescheduled within this timeframe are not eligible for rollover or credit.

  • A fee of $25 will be applied to same-day or less than 24-hour cancellations or no-shows.
