Enzyme and Chemical Peel Prep Guidance
To ensure that you are well-prepared for your appointment and receive the best results from your treatment, we have prepared some general guidelines and recommendations.

Always wear sunscreen daily with at least SPF 30.

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 1 – 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid any botox or fillers 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

Refrain from using topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinols, and Retinoids, for at least 7 days before your appointment.

Refrain from using chemical exfoliants such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acid at least 5 days prior to your appointment.

Avoid physical exfoliation (scrubs and devices such as fascial cleansing brush, gloves, etc.) 3 days before your appointment.

Avoid facial hair removal methods such as waxing, threading, tweezing, or the use of hair removal cream 7 days before your appointment.

If possible, try to arrive with a clean, makeup free face.

Please indicate any medical conditions and current medications on the Client Information Form. Failure to do so may impact the service or your skins response to enzyme and peel treatments.

If you have an upcoming event, please schedule all facial services 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Although rare, reactions may occur.

If you have an active cold sore or fever blister breakout, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to proceed with the service. Please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold or illness, please reschedule your appointment.
