Private Nail Art Parties at The Powder Room
Book a private Nail Art Party at The Powder Room! Perfect for birthdays, slumber parties, special celebrations, spring/fall/winter break, or just because. Our nail art parties give girls a fun and creative experience with friends. Each guest enjoys a guided nail art session before creating their own unique designs and making sugar scrub.

Booking and Deposit
To schedule a Nail Art Party, contact us at thepowderroombeauty@gmail.com or call 404-974-6964.
A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The event date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your party. The remaining balance is due at least seven days before the day of your scheduled event.
Party pricing is a flat rate and is not adjusted based on the number of girls in attendance. The rate remains the same if fewer than the number of children on the guest list shows up.
Parties may be scheduled during or outside of regular business hours. Parties held outside of standard business hours are subject to special pricing. Contact us for details.
Age Requirement and Party Size
Our Nail Art Parties can accommodate up to six girls and are designed for ages 8–15.
At least one parent or guardian must remain on site for the duration of the event. Parents are welcome to relax in our waiting lounge, which can accommodate up to four adults. Additional adults are welcome to drop off and return at the end of the event.
Guest List
A list of party attendees, including each child’s name and age, must be submitted to The Powder Room at least seven days prior to the event. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes to the number of attendees or substitutions (replacing one child with another).

Only children listed on the guest list may participate in the Nail Art Party. We are unable to accommodate additional or unlisted children who arrive on the day of the event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We are reserving this time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least seven days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests made with less than seven days’ notice will result in 50% of the deposit being forfeited.
In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergency on the day of the event, you may reschedule without forfeiting the deposit. If the event is rescheduled, it must take place within 30 days of the original event date. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, but we cannot guarantee it. If you cancel the event and do not wish to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
Arrival Time and Late Arrival
It is important that parties begin on time so that everyone can enjoy the full experience. We recommend that the host and guests arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in. Children who arrive after the party has begun are welcome to join but may miss a portion of the activities.
Please note that the host must be present in order for the party to start. If the host arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to condense or reschedule. If rescheduling is necessary, the event must take place within 30 days of the original event date. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, but we cannot guarantee it.
If the party is condensed or rescheduled due to late arrival, the payment made to book the event is non-refundable. If you cancel the event and do not wish to reschedule, the full amount paid is also non-refundable.
Signature Party Set Up
When booking a Signature Nail Art Party, the parent or guardian hosting the event is responsible for providing items for special activities, including light refreshments, beverages, party supplies, and simple decorations.
The Powder Room will provide a table for refreshments and beverages. Hosts serving food and drinks should bring their own serving dishes, plates, cutlery, cups, napkins, table coverings, and any other necessary items. The host may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event's start time for setup and is responsible for cleaning the space before the w.
Liability Waiver
By booking a Nail Art Party with The Powder Room, you acknowledge and accept that The Powder Room is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Photography and Media Release
The parent or guardian hosting the event is responsible for sharing the following policy with the parents or guardians of all attending children: The Powder Room may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the party, parents/guardians consent to the use of these images on The Powder Room’s website and social media sites.
If any parent prefers that their child not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
