Avoid hot baths or showers because hot water dries out the skin.
Gently exfoliate your feet with a foot scrub or pumice stone to slough off dead skin.
Dry your feet thoroughly after washing, especially between the toes where fungus and bacteria like to grow.
Before bedtime, apply a quality foot cream and put on a pair of socks to soften feet and seal in moisture. Be careful not to apply too much moisturizer between the toes, as this can cause fungus.
